"Alpha Telecom is a supplier of phone-cards mainly to
independent retailers in London ethnic communities. To give their product a
competitive edge, Robert designed and implemented reusable plastic cards which
can be topped up by any amount the customer wishes to pay for, rather than the
fixed value of other systems. He describes the engineering and management
challenge of this project - and reveals the significance of Rhubarb:0" |
